The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life gives participants an opportunity to remember, support and honor their loved ones who have battled cancer. A luminaria can be personalized with the tributee’s name and a message. The bags are lit after dark and are a symbol of those who have been touched by cancer.

If you’d like to recognize someone during the Zionsville, Indiana Luminaria Ceremony this year, you can purchase a luminaria online, download a luminaria form, purchase one at the Relay for Life, or contact Northwest Radiology Network via phone at (317) 328-5050 or email through the form on the NWR website. Luminaria’s are $10 and all proceeds go to benefit the American Cancer Society. Luminaria sales for the Zionsville, Indiana Relay for Life close at 7:30 p.m. on June 17th, 2011, with the Luminaria Ceremony taking place at 9:30 p.m.
