Northwest Radiology Network welcomes radiologist Anuj Patel, M.D. Dr. Patel’s specialty is body magnetic resonance imaging.

Dr. Patel earned his bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, graduating Cum Laude. He performed his internship at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and his residency in diagnostic radiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, where he also completed a mini fellowship in MSK MRI and a fellowship in Body MRI, serving as Chief Fellow.

He is a member of the American Roentgen Ray Society, the Radiology Society of North America, the American College of Radiology, the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and the American Medical Association. Dr.  Patel contributed to multiple clinical and radiology research projects at UCSD, the University of Mississippi and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Dr. Patel is also the co-author of several notable medical journal articles and a chapter of the book, “Hepatocellular Carcinoma Diagnosis and Treatment,” as well as numerous academic presentations.

Northwest Radiology Network is one of the largest physician-owned radiology groups in Indiana and is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
