He received his doctorate degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and served as Chief Resident at the University of Medicine and Dentistry New Jersey-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at Camden. After completing his radiology residency, he completed a neuroradiology fellowship at Emory University. In addition, Dr. Beltz is a Certified Magnetic Resonance Safety Officer by the American Board of Magnetic Resonance Safety.
