Dr. Underhill has held several professional positions throughout his academia and served as an instructor of Vascular Anatomy at Wayne State University/Henry Ford Hospital.  Dr. Underhill has also conducted extensive research in areas such as Post Hepatic Embolization Induced Cholecystitis, Posterior Spinal Fusion Rates with Augmentation of BMP, and Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Hepatic Research. He is currently serving as Executive President of the Indiana Radiological Society and chair of the Legislative Committee. Dr. Underhill also serves as part of the Radiology Advocacy Network.
