Dr. Mortell has contributed to several publications and presentations on topics including sublobar resection versus thermal ablation for early-stage non-small cell lung cancer; coblation for metastatic vertebral disease; percutaneous CT-guided cryoablation of the celiac plexus in the palliative treatment of pancreatic cancer; and evaluation of efficiency of secretin (RG 1068) assisted CT and MRI in improving pancreatic enhancement and tumor conspicuity.
