Please meet … Michelle. She joined the team in March 2006, making this her 11-year anniversary with Northwest Radiology! Learn more about Michelle.

Q: What is your title and role with NWR?

A: A/R Billing. I work all commercial insurances to make sure claims are going out to the insurance correctly, and to make sure they are being paid in a timely manner. I help answer the phones throughout the day as well to help provide service to our customers.

Q: How did you get started with NWR?

A: Through a mutual friend with a previous employee at NWR

Q: Describe a memorable moment you have had while working for NWR.

A: My mother had been diagnosed with sarcoma cancer, and the radiologist provided the best care possible for her. I was amazed at the compassion and concern my billing manager, supervisor and co-workers showed while I was going through that rough time in my life. We really do have a company that cares for their staff.

Q: What has surprised you most about working for NWR?

A: How much they do for their employees

Q: Why would you tell someone to work for NWR?

A: They are a wonderful group of doctors and staff to work for. They put their employees first and are always striving to make the company bigger and better.

Q: What do you like to do in your free time?

A: I just enjoy spending time with my family.
