Q: What is your title and role with NWR?

A: Billing Supervisor. My role is to help manage the billing department that consists of accounts receivable, customer service, in-house collectors, payment posting and data entry.

Q: What has surprised you most about working for NWR?

A: The longevity of employees

Q: What is something you wish other people knew about Northwest Radiology?

A: Northwest Radiology implemented flat-rate-pricing for our patients. This was to help keep their healthcare costs down while still providing them high-quality services.

Q: Why would you tell someone to work for NWR?

A: NWR is a family-friendly organization; we have continued to grow in the 19 years I have been with the company.

Q: What do you like to do in your free time?

A: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading and working out at the gym.
