Meet the NWR Team: Janet

Northwest Radiology would not be successful without the hard work and commitment of our dedicated team! We are proud to have such outstanding team members who not only provide exceptional care to our clients, but who also work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly every day.

We want to thank our team members for their service and show everyone what a wonderful team we have, so we want you to “Meet the NWR Team.”

Each month, we will feature team members who are celebrating work anniversaries with Northwest Radiology.

Please meet … Janet. She was hired in June 2015, making this her one-year anniversary with Northwest Radiology! Learn more about Janet.

Janet_LakesQ: What is your title/role and duties with Northwest Radiology?

A: I am a mammographer and radiographer for Northwest Radiology. I perform both screening and diagnostic mammograms and work closely with our radiologists who read in the mammography department. I also do general X-rays and occasionally some fluoroscopy exams.

Q: What has surprised you most about working for NWR?

A: I have been most surprised by the longevity of the staff and physicians here. There is virtually no turnover. People get here and love it, so they stay!

Q: What do you wish other people knew about NWR?

A: The level of patient care is the highest I’ve seen. I have trained in several large and small hospitals and some clinics as well; NWR is top notch when it comes to caring for patients.

Q: Why would you tell someone to work for NWR?

A: Our entire staff — radiologists, technologists and administration — are the absolute best to work with. When so many people have the same goal of high-level patient care, it is easy to work together.

Q: What do you like to do in your free time?

A: I spend all my free time with my family.

Q: Describe Northwest Radiology in one word.

A: Caring
