Q: What is your title and role with NWR?

A: I’m our Anthem A/R who processes claims and gets them paid.

Q: How did you get started with Northwest Radiology?

A: I knew Rhonda, and she gave me an opportunity to learn medical billing and 16 years later … I think it’s worked out great!

Q: What has surprised you most about working for NWR?

A: When I walk in the door, it feels like family.

Q: Why would you tell someone to work for NWR?

A: We have great benefits and flexible hours.

Q: What do you like to do in your free time?

A: I love to listen to Kiss with my husband and go on cruises. My grandkids keep me pretty busy, and I like to volunteer around town.
