Michael S. Skulski, M.D. Michael S. Skulski, M.D., a board certified radiologist, graduated from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at the Mayo Clinic, where he was chief resident. In addition, he completed a fellowship in cross sectional imaging at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Skulski's special interests include body imaging and body intervention. He is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, American Roentgen Ray Society, American Medical Association, Indianapolis Medical Society and Indiana State Medical Association.
