J. Michael Phelps, M.D. J. Michael Phelps, M.D., a board certified radiologist, graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed a residency at Indiana University Medical Center. Dr. Phelps' special interests include mammography and general imaging. The former assistant professor at Indiana University School of Medicine is a member of the American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, Indiana Radiological Society, American Medical Association, Indiana State Medical Association, Indianapolis Medical Society, Tippecanoe Medical Society and Wilderness Medical Society.
