Thomas F. Hagman, M.D. Thomas F. Hagman, M.D., a board certified radiologist, graduated from medical school at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Hagman's special interests are body imaging and mammography. He is a member of American Medical Association, American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, Indianapolis Medical Society and Indiana State Medical Association.
