David J. Gulliver, M.D. David J. Gulliver, M.D., a board certified radiologist, graduated from University of Sydney in Australia. He is a former assistant professor at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, and associate professor at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. His special interests include body imaging, gastrointestinal radiology and musculoskeletal MRI. He is a member of the Society of Program Directors in Radiology, Society of Gastrointestinal Radiologists, American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, American Roentgen Ray Society, American Medical Association, Indianapolis Medical Society and Indiana State Medical Association.
