William B. Cutcliff, M.D. William B. Cutcliff, M.D., a board certified radiologist, graduated from University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed a residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. Dr. Cutcliff's special interest is angiography. He is a member of the American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, Indiana Radiological Society, American Medical Association, Indiana State Medical Association, Indianapolis Medical Society and Society of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiologists.
