View Reports & Images Our images and reports are available to registered referring physicians for viewing in real-time. To register for viewing images and reports, please contact Neil Rosenbarger at (317) 913-8910. Once you are registered go to the Northwest Radiology System Access page at https://access.northwestradiology.com. On this page please enter a username of pacs, a password of pacs, ensure the group drop down box has 1 – PACS selected and click login. Logging onto this page will establish a secure connection between your computer and Northwest Radiology. To accomplish this, an ActiveX component will need to install on your computer. Depending on your computers configuration the component may automatically install or you may be prompted to allow the install of this component. Once the component has installed and you are connected, a small yellow key will appear in your task bar at the bottom right hand corner of your screen. The Northwest Radiology System Access page will close and after a few seconds the iSite logon web page will appear. The first time the iSite logon page opens on your computer it to will install an ActiveX component, this will take a few seconds. Once the ActiveX component install has completed you can logon to iSite using your unique username and password. Note, the Log on to box should have the word iSite in it and the Workstation Location should have the words Main Location in it. Note: In order for the ActiveX components to install you must be logged in to Windows as a user that has administrator rights. ______________________________________________________________ Hear Reports Our reports are available to registered referring physicians in real-time. To register to hear reports, please contact Kathy Petty at (317) 328-7268 To hear the patient’s most recent report: 1. Dial (317) 328-3888 2. A voice prompt will welcome you to the telephony system. 3. At the prompt, enter your logon ID followed by the pound key. 4. At the prompt, enter your password followed by the pound key. 5. At the prompt, enter the patient’s 8 digit date of birth followed by the pound key. REVIEW FUNCTIONS 1 - Play 3 - Rewind 4 - Pause 5 - Hear previous exam on same patient 7 - Fast forward 8 - To the beginning of this exam 9 - Disconnect #2 - Decrease volume #3 - Increase volume #5 - Exit this patient number
