Q. How do I contact someone about my statement or account?
A. You may call our Business Office at 317-328-5055 or
1-800-400-9729, Monday thru Friday. Our Hours are 9:00am to
4:00pm. We also have voicemail for your convenience. Or, you may
send a comment/question online. Please leave your Patient #,
patient name and phone number for return call.

Q. Who is Northwest Radiology? Why did I receive two bills for
the same test?
A. Northwest Radiologists perform the professional
interpretation of your
Medical Imaging service and reports the findings to your doctor.
Therefore, Northwest Radiology will bill for the professional
interpretation
of the exam. The Hospital or Facility will also send a bill for
the taking of
the Medical Imaging or the Technical fee.
Q. I do not have insurance, can I set up arrangements prior to
my Service?
A. You may set up a monthly payment plan by contacting our
Business Office
at the phone number above and speaking to a Patients Accounts
Representative.
Q. I gave my insurance to the facility where I had my service,
why wasn’t the insurance filed?
A. We receive our information from the facility where you were
seen.
Sometimes, all the information is not transferred to us. We
encourage our
patients to follow up with their insurance company to make sure
that a
claim has been filed on their behalf. If you find that your
insurance does
not have a claim within 30 days, please call our office with
your corrected
insurance information.
Q. Why didn’t my insurance pay for my bill?
A. We file all insurance claims according to strict medical
billing guidelines. There are
several reasons why your claim may have been denied or not paid
by your insurance. We respectfully ask you to contact your
insurance company to check on the status of your claim and/or to
ask them for details on payment policies and denials.
Q. Where do I get the results of my tests that were performed?
A. Northwest Radiology sends the reports and findings to the
ordering physician. If you have any questions about the results
please contact your physician that ordered the exam.
Q. How do I obtain my X-ray films?
A. You may call our Business Office at 317-328-5050 ext.
1276 and speak to our medical records associate about where to
pick up your films. Our Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am to
4:00pm. We also have voicemail for your convenience.
